An item I really want is currently not in stock, what do I do?

We get new items all the time, especially our most popular items. It is best to check back with us frequently to see new and/or updated inventory.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from BLK GLAM within hours of placing your order and it’s not in any of your other email folders, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Contact us immediately and after your order has been located, we will attempt to resend.

How do I change or cancel my order?

You can change/update your order as much as you like before you click “Checkout” but after this point you will be unable to make changes to your order. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. 

How long after I place my order will it ship?

It may take up to 48 hours for an order to be processed, unless it has been noted in the description that there is a prolonged wait time. We aim to ship out orders as fast as possible

I placed an order, but it doesn't seem to be processing. What's going on?

There are several reasons why your order may have been delayed. Either your order was flagged for risk of fraud, or we needed to contact you to verify your personal information. In either case, we will reach out to you as soon as an issue is indicated and proceed to ship your items as quickly as possible.

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an automatic email with shipping information.

I want to return/exchange an item I am not satisfied with. How does that work?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us first at mj.blkglam@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to rectify the problem as best we can. There are no guarantees of a refund or exchange.

 

 

My package is being returned to you, why is that?

All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued a store credit minus the initial shipping charge. We are not able to reship an order that has been returned to us.

Where we come from

We are sister company to BLK-GLAM! Over the years we went from an All Black Clothing Boutique to Custom Branding and then to Christian Apparel. Although we love everything we do and we take pride in the products we create and every avenue we tried to visit. We have decided to make our Christian apparel separate with more meaning. FiathClub.co is a mixture of my faith, my heritage and where I'm from. I knew this store had to have its own identity.
