At FAITHCLUB.CO, each item is thoughtfully curated, wrapped, and prepared with care. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges Only
We gladly accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Items must show no signs of use, wear, or damage
Any item returned that does not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:
- Blind Date With Jesus sets
- Custom, personalized, or limited-edition items
- Earrings and jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at

- Approved cases will be eligible for an exchange only.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns
