ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

  • All orders are processed within 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated
  • Processing time does not include shipping time
  • During scheduled drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays

Because many of our items are hand-assembled, limited, and curated, processing times may vary.


SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship within the United States using USPS or other trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • FAITHCLUB.CO is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be re-sent

Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • FAITHCLUB.CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier directly

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING SHIPPING

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims will be eligible for an exchange only, per our Return & Exchange Policy.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, FAITHCLUB.CO does not offer international shipping.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
