LIMITED DROPS & INVENTORY
Many FAITHCLUB.CO products are offered in limited quantities and during scheduled drops.
- Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis
- Items may sell out quickly
- Once a drop closes, orders immediately enter processing and cannot be canceled
PREORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
For preorder items:
- Payment is collected at checkout
- Estimated shipping timelines are provided but not guaranteed
- Preorders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely at checkout.
By completing your purchase, you authorize FAITHCLUB.CO to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We kindly ask customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback.
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting FAITHCLUB.CO first may result in:
- Order cancellation (if not yet shipped)
- Account restrictions or bans from future purchases
We reserve the right to provide this policy, order confirmations, tracking information, and proof of delivery to payment processors when responding to disputes.
FAILED OR RETURNED PAYMENTS
If a payment is declined, reversed, or flagged as fraudulent, FAITHCLUB.CO reserves the right to cancel the order.
